Montenegro is resolved to assume its part of the responsibility towards the European security, stability, and prosperity of the continent, said the President Milo Djukanovic. Djukanovic, who visited Brussels, had a meeting with the President of the European Parliament (EP), Antoni Tajani.

Accession to NATO has made Montenegro more prosperous, and NATO a stronger place, said the General Secretary Jens Stoltenberg. 

China will continue to encourage companies to invest in large-scale projects in Montenegro, said the President of the Standing Committee of the Chinese National People's Congress Li Džanšu.

June 2, 2018 - In the Draft of Spatial Planning of Special Purpose for the Coastal Zone of Montenegro, which is in public debate until June 4, there are no planned locations for the clubs that have been engaged in sailing training for decades. This is another aspect of the local tradition and culture of living, which is completely neglected in the approach to spatial planning, which defines the whole coastal zone primarily as a space for tourism development.
