September 16, 2018 - System institutions in Montenegro were made as institutions at the service of the President Milo Djukanovic and his family. Only in Montenegro is it possible for someone to withdraw from state functions to ensure institutional development, and Djukanovic acknowledged that with his scandalous government he weakened the institutions of the state of Montenegro and turned them into his party’s machinery and specialized them for clearing with political opponents, said the opposition.
