September 24, 2018 - Within the ReLOaD program, funded by the EU and implemented by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) office in Montenegro, the NGO Centre for Sustainable Spatial Development Expeditio from Kotor started the implementation of the project of looking at the potential of public space - but not from the aspect of opportunities for sale or construction, but from the aspect of publicizing the daily life of citizens in Kotor through the arrangement of the surrounding space.

September 24, 2018 - Russian investor Konstantin Strukov continues the construction works on the 5-star hotel in the bay of Dobra luka. Works began in March this year, and the completion is scheduled for June 2019. The hotel is the first phase of the realization of the construction project "Tourist Resort T1 - Central building - Hotel 'DOBRA LUKA' 5*, with accompanying amenities", on an urban plot of 8029 m².
