A prestigious Tivat school that belongs to the global network Knightsbridge International is organizing an open day next Thursday, May 10. Knightsbridge is an international day school and boarding school for boys and girls aged 3-18 years. It is the first IB (International Baccalaureate) World School in Montenegro, licensed by the Ministry of Education.

The Secretary for planning and area arrangement and the protection of environment issued a calculation sheet to the company “Zain Property Development” from Oman of 404,438 euro as compensation for the conventional equipment of the site, i.e. the building permit for the construction of villas in Zagoric.

34,53 thousand tourists stayed in the overall accommodation in Montenegro this March, which is 26.5 percent more than in the same period last year, said Monstat. The number of overnight stays (76,23 thousand) is higher by 8,6 percent than in the same period last year.

The municipality Tivat has distanced itself from more frequent ecological incidents and activities that lead to the devastation of nature on the land and in the sea.

There is a long list of summer festivals and concerts organized by the Tivat Cultural Center and the local Tourism Organization such as the Purgatorije theater festival which takes place at the open-air stage downtown, the guitar and accordion festivals, Made in New York Jazz festival, the annual program 'Hello from Vienna' by the Montenegrin Symphony Orchestra and many others.

Small Tivat towns located in the bay cannot boast the long and spacious beaches as in Budva or Ulcinj; however, there are some comfortable swimming spots where you can enjoy a day on the water. Kalardovo beach near the airport is one of them.
