Over 40 apartments and business units were acquired by Turkish citizens in the Old Town and luxurious residential complexes built or to be built in the very heart of Budva during this year. It is estimated that the businessmen from this state have leased about 50 retail units in the exclusive part of Budva, along the coast and in the Old Town.
Thanks to the festivals which made Nikšić recognizable in the recent years, as well as the better offer of accommodation capacities, the number of tourists in the town below Trebjesa is increasing year by year, according to the Director of Tourism Organization (TO) Dragica Popović.
Minister of Infrastructure in Kosovo Pal Lekaj and Montenegrin Traffic and Maritime Minister Osman Nurkovic discussed about the road infrastructure today, especially about the possibilities of realizing a tunnel project between Rožaje and Peć, a project that would enable faster and safer traffic between the two states.
