October 10, 2018 - Turkish company Ćeltikćoglu has claimed EUR 3,200,000 from the Municipality of Herceg Novi because they consider them to be at fault for delaying works on the "project of an era".

October 9, 2019 - Today, the Special State Prosecution (SDT) will publicly announce the official notice regarding the 5.6 million Euros debt to Porto Montenegro for utilities from the Tivat municipality, said a spokesman from this institution and Special Prosecutor Sanja Jovićević. She thus responded to the set of questions that "Vijesti" sent to SDT in relation to this affair on September 24th.
