The tests and all the installations, as the Maltese company said to the Ministry, will also be completed within that timeframe.
"The investor's plan is for all installations and testing to be completed by the end of September, and that the wind power plant is ready to connect to the Montenegrin electricity transmission system, which means that then it could start with the trial period. In case of a successful completion of probation, the duration of which depends on a number of factors, the competent Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism will issue permits for the windmill at Možura, followed by the actual, commercial operation of the wind power plant," the ministry said.
The value of the works completed up to now is around 45 million euros, while the total investment value is over 89 million.
"The price of the annual lease, according to the offer from the investor, amounts to 186.057,60 euros, or 0.37 cents per square meter and it is paid by the investor in four equal rates," highlighted the information on the realization of the contract for land lease and construction of the wind power plant at the site Mozura, which was adopted by the government last year.
Until now, according to the investor, 13 kilometers of the road has been built, while the equipment for the control building and substation is currently being mounted. The main contractor of the works is the Chinese company Shangai Electric Power Engineering, who recently expressed interest in building a solar power plant on Briska Gora. The subcontractor at Mozura is the Montenegrin Company Bemax.
