According to the information provided by the representatives of Maltese investor Enemalta plc to the Ministry, the control building and part of the building for the transformer substation have been completed. The wind generators are in line with the planned dynamics and the investor's goal is that all the construction works are to be completed by the end of July.
It is not known how much has been invested in the construction of the windmill park at Mozura so far, and according to plans, total investments should amount to 89 million euros. The land lease agreement and the construction of a wind power plant at the Mozura site, which was signed eight years ago between Montenegro and the Spanish company Fersa Energias Renovables and the company Čelebić from Podgorica, granted the lease of the state land for 20 years for the needs of constructing a wind power plant with an installed power of 46 megawatts. The contractor, Montenegrin Bemax company, reported that the first foundation for one of the wind generators was launched last year, and at the beginning of March, the first parts for windmills and related equipment were delivered to Port Bar from China.
