The state would profit 331.056 euro per year, i.e. nearly ten million euro over three decades, for the lease of land on the hill at Briska Gora, near Mozura, where a solar power plant would be built.

At the last session, the government instructed the Ministry of Economy to issue a tender for a lease of state’s land with a surface of 6,621,121 square meters per 30 years for "the design, construction, use and maintenance of a solar power plant for electricity production".

The minimum initial rental price for 12 months will be five cents per square meter. The tender documentation costs 5,000 euro, the deadline for submitting the bid is three months, and the highest points will be appointed for the value of the lease and the number of newly created jobs. The first phase of the solar power plant, which is 50 megawatts MW, must be constructed no later than 18 months from the date of the contract signing and the other up to 200 MW for an additional 24 months. The location of Briska Gora is in three cadastral municipalities -Briska Gora, Zoganje and Darza.  The solar power plant is projected at an area of 2,930,243 square meters, and there is spatial planning documentation for it, while for the remaining surface still has to be done "by the needs or the conceptual solution of the bidder".
