Montenegrin entrepreneur, consultant, and activist. In 2014 he was Acting Mayor of Budva, nation's financial and touristic hub. He studied at the University of Belgrade and worked as an advisor in the Montenegrin parliament. He worked in the private sector as a government relations specialist, and business developer. He lived and worked in Belgrade, Brussels, Moscow and Tbilisi.
