The low-cost airline, Wizz Air, has introduced direct flights from Podgorica to Warsaw and Katowice (Poland) as of 18 June. They will be active throughout the summer.
According to Wizz Air representatives, the company is starting the largest process of expanding business in its history.
“In the next 17 weeks, a total of 21 new airplanes will be deployed across the European airports, which will enable 700 additional departures per week and 70 new routes, including two from Montenegro,” the statement said.
Expansion of the company’s operations this year represents an investment worth more than $2bn in 11 branches in the UK, Austria, Poland, Ukraine, Hungary, Romania and Georgia.
