24 October 2018 - From the 22nd to 25th of October, Polish tour operators had the opportunity to experience a study tour in Montenegro, organized by the National Tourism Organization of Montenegro, in cooperation with AviaReps and AdriaAirways.
During the visit through the country, tour operators had the opportunity to get acquainted with the Montenegrin tourist offer by sightseeing the attractive destinations and hotel capacity inspection.
Firstly, they visited the southern cities of the country including Ulcinj, Bar and Kotor. Within the program for the guests, Montenegrin organizers prepared a business fair in Kotor, which was hosted by the representatives of tourism industry of Montenegro. About 50 representatives of the Montenegrin tourism industry had the opportunity to talk with the representatives of the Itaka, Esky.pl, Weco travel services, Ecco holiday, Karvico, Profitravel, Neckermann, Etravel, Nowak Adventure and Aviareps with the goal of establishing mutual cooperation.
In the second part of their stay, Polish guests were introduced to the offer of the North, which includes numerous possibilities for an active holiday in nature. In Žabljak, they have visited Durmitor National Park and Crno jezero (The Black Lake). The guests have also visited the amazing panoramic route Durmitor ring. On the last day of their stay, the tour operators have visited the wine cellar Šipčanik, owned by the company “Plantaže 13.jul” and met with representatives of the Tourist Organization of Podgorica.
The National Tourism Organization of Montenegro will continue to conduct promotional activities in the Polish market in mid-November, when Montenegrin tourist offer will be presented at the Warsaw Fair.
