21 October 2018 - Next week, as part of the celebration of the Liberation day of Herceg Novi under the slogan "Freedom, Herceg Novi, Beauty", numerous cultural programmes are planned.
The first theater programme is planned on Tuesday, October 23, when the "Mali Muk" theater play will be presented at the "Park" Hall at 6 PM. The action is focused on a handsome boy who was left without parents. The next day, at the same time in the "Park" Hall, another programme for the youngest - interactive promotion of the book "Trema" of fellow citizen of Herceg Novi, actor and poet Dejan Đonović, with the participation of actors, dancers, singers and elementary scholars.
On Thursday, October 25 at 12 PM, a memorial pedestal to the admiral of the Russian Imperial Navy and the founder of the Black Sea Fleet, Marko Vojnović, will be discovered in a street with his name in the old city. On the same day at 7 PM at the "Josip Bepo Benković" Gallery, an exhibition of paintings by Darko Đurišić will be opened, while at 8 PM in the "Park" hall the premiere of the play "Carevo novo odelo" is announced, in the co-production of the Herceg Novi Theater and Herceg-Fest. The concert of the "Alegro Vivo" orchestra, conducted by Radovan Papović, will be held on October 27 at 7 PM in the "Park" hall.
