The Montenegrin Government has withdrawn the proposed Law on Electronic Administration, said the president of the Parliament Ivan Brajovic.
As explained earlier, this Law improves the scope of the public administration as a service to the citizens and companies, therefore eliminating administrative barriers in its approach.
Councilors should discuss the proposed laws on fishing in sweet waters and aquaculture, ownership and legal relations, innovative activities, as well as several resolutions initiated by the Democratic front.
In the daily agenda, there is also the Report on obtaining rights by mentally disabled imprisoned persons, situated in the Institute for execution of criminal penalties, prepared by Ombudsman.
Councilors will discuss the Report on the performance of the Board of safety and defense for the year 2017, and the daily agenda also includes elections and appointments.
