Zoran Pazin - the Vice President of the Government for the Political System, Internal and Foreign Politics and Ministry of Justice has been appointed to be at the head of the Ministry for European affairs until the election of a new minister, it has been announced from the Montenegrin governmental office.
This was decided on Friday at the 65th assembly with Milutin Simovic, Vice President of the Government for Economic Politics and Financial System, as chairman.
Former minister Aleksandar Andrija Pejovic resigned his position as a member of Montenegrin Government on 22nd February due to, as he stated, ethical reasons.
On the 19th of February, the Agency for corruption prevention specified that Pejovic, as a public official, broke the Law on corruption prevention due to the fact that he has been, simultaneously, acting as an ambassador which is contrary to the Montenegrin Constitution.
