The obligation of the Municipality of Tivat to accept the investments of Adriatic Marinas in preparation for utility equipment, as well as the equipment itself, has been regulated by the Law on Planning and Construction of Facilities, and it is in agreement with the Purchase Agreement of the Remedial Institution "Sava Kovačević" signed by the Government of Montenegro and Adriatic Marinas. Investments are determined by the findings of the authorized expert witness and on the basis of valid documentation.
