June 19, 2018 - MK Group wants to become the majority owner of the Montenegrin Hotel Group of the Budva Riviera, to expand business in hotels in Albania and to round off business in this part of the Balkans with hotels in Serbia, Croatia and Slovenia, said the CEO of Hotel Group at MK Group, Nikola Avram, at the festive opening of the summer season at Hotel Kempinski Adriatic in Istria. This hotel was bought by MK Group at the end last year.

By the statistics of the State Employment Office last week, there were over 43,000 unemployed citizens which is almost 19% of the population. Meanwhile, the largest producer of wine and rakija in the country, the famous brand Plantaze (officially 13.Jul Plantaze), which just celebrated its 55th anniversary with Goran Bregovic and the Montenegrin Symphony Orchestra, opened 900 seasonal jobs for grape harvest in their vineyards. However, the company has to search for human resources abroad since they can’t find them locally.
