11 August 2018 - The manifestation "Let’s Go to Crkvice", which will be held on August 12th, 2018, is another event in the series organised by the Kotor Tourist Organisation.
The organisers chose Sunday for this event, which will take place at Crkvice starting at 9 am. The program will include the Boka Bend from Herceg Novi, ensemble Maris from Kotor, Folklore Ensemble "Nikola Đurković", Singing Ensemble "Grbalj", Theater 303 as well as the player of Montenegrin traditional instrument, gusle, Đoko Koprivica.
The organisers also considered that children will be present at the event, so they made arrangements for children animators. On the other hand, adults will be able to test their archery skills during the event. The program also includes hiking tours in order to introduce and promote the Crkvice area, which will be led by Željko Starčević from the mountaineering club "Subra".
The event is organized by the Tourist Organization of Kotor and the Municipality of Kotor, while the Municipality of Herceg Novi is a co-organizer.
For the manifestation "Let’s Go to Crkvice", bus transport will be organised with the Kotor Open Tour buses. The buses will take all passengers up to where the manifestation will be held on August 12, 2018 (Sunday) starting from the following bus stops: Departure outside the theater at 8 AM, Dobrota, Sveti Stasije, Orahovac, Perast (upper road), Risan, Lipci (near the circular stream), Crkvice.
Janoš Miro Šestak from the agency APG Risan will travel from Risan with a smaller van with a capacity of 8 seats to the venue of the event with departure from Risan (in front of the post office) at 8:30 AM.
The return is organized after the end of the event at 3:00 pm and 5:30 pm. There is no transport booking! A parking lot will be provided for all interested visitors, who will come to the event with their own vehicle.
