The Tourist Organization of Herceg Novi announces a vibrant cultural and artistic program where participants from Russia will present their national wealth through a diverse seven-day event which includes concerts, theatre performances, art galleries and movies.
The program was designed to gather people of the Russian nationality in the Balkans republics and popularize the Russian culture, art and tradition in this region.
The goal of this event is to promote multiculturalism and to initiate cooperation between the Institutions of Association and Artists.
