From the several Montenegrin films who applied for the festival, in the official selection, only "Lumpen" by the young director Nikola Vučinić will be shown at this year's festival.
EUROVIDEO awards three prizes: Grand Prix (2.500e), Award for technical and aesthetic innovations (1.250e) and Audience Award (1.750e). Voting will be organized according to the Eurovision principle, and each state will vote equally. Also, the audience in attendance will also vote.
