Free workshop “Meet the Coaching Method” will be held on Thursday, August 29th at 6:30 pm at the Porto Montenegro Yacht Club in Tivat. All visitors will have the opportunity to learn about the coaching method, everything that coaching brings, both from the client's role and from the role of the coach, as well as to schedule individual sessions with the coach whose promotional price is valid until the end of the month. This is going to be a one on one workshop, different from NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) group workshops, which are usually organised, says the workshop author, NLP trainer & coach, as well as Reiki Master Dragana Ghana Knezevic. The event is planned to last about an hour and a half.
“As a Bachelor of Organizational Sciences engineer, I learned to be phenomenal in setting the framework for organizing personal development events, but my knowledge of approaching people and working on personal development topics gives me the opportunity to inspire the willpower and talents internally in people that will carry them all their lives. In this free lecture, I will talk about my personal journey through coaching, my first coaching session as a client, my fears and insecurities when I started to open topics that were very important to me, and of course everything that was coaching to me, both from the client's role and from the role of couch. I am organising a free workshop, because I want to raise awareness of how many solutions we have to all the problems we have and not use them as much as we can, and invite you to dare to set new frames and look at your personal development topics from a new angle," explains Ghana.
Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) examines the cogs inside the machine that is the human mind; it helps us understand what drives human behaviour. It focuses on how our thoughts, actions, emotions, and numerous other individual characteristics work together to affect how we conduct ourselves.
