The band Vrooom’s “Eroticism” is a concert with a video that synchronously follows the rhythm of the composition, and the lyrics of all the musical numbers have the theme of phenomena related to eroticism in the 21st century.
The theme of "Eroticism" is a paradox: the culture of consumerism, pop culture, and mass media are overwhelmed with sexuality, and at the same time, eroticism is still a taboo, years after the sexual revolution.
Although the performance also includes theatrical elements, performance dynamics are built in music, rather than dramatic or textual, because sexuality is the same: it is more emotional than rational and every attempt to rationalize it is based on making the very excitement of what it is exciting is announced.
After over 100 appearances with 24 awards in the music performances of "Dogvil" and "Jami District", the Vrooom group re-performs the concert, singing the most popular taboo theme in the history of mankind, Eroticism.
Members of the Vrooom Group composed music for over 50 theater shows, playing in some of them live, as well as numerous performances, events, exhibitions, documentaries and feature films. From 2010-2012 they were part of the great theater project "Hair" (over 40000 viewers) of the Belgrade theater Atelier 212 where the well-known compositions of Galt McDermott performed in their own arrangements.
