Beneficiaries of the funds (participants in the Public Invite) may be authors (persons) born in the Municipality of Kotor, as well as authors (persons) with their place of residence in the Municipality of Kotor (not less than two years).
The public invite is open from September 25th to October 15th, 2018.
The maximum contribution of the selected projects is up to 50% of the total funding required for the project. The total budget allocated to this invite amounts to EUR 10,000. The Secretariat for Culture, Sports and Social Affairs will publish, after the closure of the tender, the names of all the authors and the projects received on the site of the Municipality, as well as all those who have submitted incomplete documentation with the deadline of three days to complete the documentation. After the expiration of the above-mentioned deadline, the Municipality of Kotor shall, within 10 days, complete the selection of projects on the basis of the eligibility criteria and the selection criteria. The list of selected projects, with the number of approved funds and the list of rejected projects with author's names with an explanation, will be published on the site of the Municipality of Kotor.
Within 30 days from the date of publication of the accepted projects, agreements will be signed with the authors which will regulate mutual rights and obligations.
