Raičević, together with the acting secretary of the Secretariat for Utility-residential and Environmental Protection of the Municipality Bar, Dejan Škerović, and advisers in that Secretariat, Blaženka Srzentić and Slobodanka Milic, visited Doo "Utility Bar", where they spoke with the technical director of the company, all managers of the departments and especially with the director of the utility sector Predrag Ristović, manager of Cleaning department Momcilo Vulezić, and plant manager Branislav Plamenic.
The topic of the meeting was to get acquainted with the situation in this company, the possible problems they face during work, and which affects the situation in the town regarding cleanliness.
During the working visit, the President of the Municipality expressed dissatisfaction with the existing situation of inadequate disposal and deposition of construction and solid wastes and urgently ordered all subjects in this business specific activities.
The Secretariat for Utility-residential and Environmental Protection of the Municipality of Bar, which otherwise supervises the work of Doo "Komunalne djelatnosti Bar", is ordered to carry out a field tour with the utility police within 24-hours of all the locations in the town center and suburban area on which there are disposals of utility waste and other natural and artificial wastes from public areas and records the present situation.
The Utility Police is obliged to issue execution decisions upon the received report on the state of terrain on the basis of the urgent procedure, which will oblige the Doo "Utilities Bar" to collect utility waste and other natural and artificial waste within three days from the date of receipt of the decision.
The president of the municipality had the opportunity to see the mechanization available to Doo "Utility Bar" and was convinced that it was sufficient to do the cleaning work as agreed.
At the meeting, it was agreed that the Secretary of the Secretariat for Municipal Affairs and Housing Affairs of the Municipality of Bar regularly notifies the President of the municipality about the activities undertaken and realized.
Raičević emphasized that these activities should be permanent and that the future cooperation between the Municipality and the mentioned subjects will be reflected in the planning and realization of a number of common measures and activities aimed at addressing the utility issues in the town, aiming to create a new, clean and ecological destination.
