The walkway will stretch from the Andrija Kazic pedestrian bridge in Zagoric to the Union bridge in Stara Varos, as well as from the area of Sastavak upstream Ribnica River to the Tabacki Bridge and then to the old bath Karver. With this project, the citizens of Podgorica and tourists will get a more extended promenade along the rivers, as well as the opportunity to get to know the relevant historical points in our town - the Depedogen Fortress, Old Varoš, Karver, Tabacki and Roman Bridge.
The project by Democratic Montenegro and the Civic Movement URA foresees, along with the construction of the promenade next to Moraca, the decoration of Moraca beach, starting from the famous beach Labud and the kayak club "Galeb". This project, in addition to the architectural solutions, has a legal and political character as well.

The Democrats and URA will declare a moratorium on any residential construction in the area of Njegoseva park, the "Moraca" military quarters and other parts of the Moraca coast, which must remain dedicated exclusively to the public, cultural and recreational amenities. At the same time, a unique plan of the coastal area will be created along the route Duklja line - Mirkova varos – Stara varos, where Duklja will "be introduced" to the city, by which the shores of our largest river will be best protected by "Podgorica for the 21st century".

Democrats and URA will modernize the underground passage in Polje. The idea of the Democrats and the URA is that the Municipality of Bar would be a blend of an efficient and economical city, which will be shaped by citizens and focused on results rather than on procedures. People for the 21st century are dedicated to improving the quality of life for all the citizens in all fields, and each project will be carried out exclusively for the benefits of the people living in Bar, and not for the statistics sake.
Plans will be made on the terrain with citizens, not in the offices. Regular visits to local communities and frequent conversations with citizens are the obligations, and their requirements and advice will be guidelines for the projects implemented. The underground passage in Polje best illustrates the care and updates of local self-government in solving citizens' problems. The shrouded, waste-buried and unobstructed passage connects the village of Polje divided by a railway. As you can see, this underground passage has lost its purpose and functions solely because of the negligence and the indifference of the ruling authorities.

The Democrats and the Civic Movement URA will take care of the security of all citizens in such a way that the existing underground passage will be reconstructed, modernized. Therefore, it will provide a safe passage for the pedestrians with adequate lighting necessary for them to feel safe while passing through the underground tunnel at night. With this solution, Polje would be much better connected and the lives of the inhabitants in this local community would be much easier. Reconstruction will also provide access for people with disabilities because people of the 21st century will equally care about the safety of all citizens.
