“With the enactment of the Law on Road Transport, conditions have been created for precise commitments for taxi vehicles on the Budva District territory in view of taxi stops use and removing business barriers which burdened operations. The local administration will stimulate the use of ‘green’ technology and support low-carbon tourism. Regulations for the payment of local municipal tax for the use of taxi stops for electric vehicles are being made to promote ecological awareness,” the decision reasoning is explained.
The changes are on the agenda of the next session of the District Assembly.
