Jovanovic stated that Allure Palazzi, with an investment of nearly 20 million euro, will offer its guests 89 modern and comfortable rooms and ten villas, and facilities such as a beach, spa and gastronomy delights in three restaurants and five bars.
“Therefore, our guests are to expect absolute harmony in service and comfort completed by the unique ambient of Kotor Bay," said Jovanovic.
In the previous period there were presumptions that apartments for sale would be built in Boka Bay, now the public can be assured that this is going to be the first five-star hotel in this part of the bay.
“Everyone can be easily assured of this, because hotel capacities have been selling on web sites such as booking.com or expedia.com, and by the first insights we strongly believe that our hotel will have a successful season this year," emphasized Jovanovic, adding that they are proud that this summer, Montenegro's natural beauties, culture and tradition can be shown to people from all meridians.
Jovanovic also said that all decisions by the management in Karisma have been made following the interests of the community, and architectural designs were considered concerning the ambient and rich heritage of Dobrota and Kotor.
“We are in continuous contact with the Direction for protection of cultural heritage and following the professional supervision and instructions by a conservator, we believe that we are building a hotel which will become a symbol in this part of the Montenegrin coast. Also, it should be empathized that construction permits were received for the hotel and the beach therefore all works have been executed in accordance with the legal regulations," said Jovanovic.
Karisma is, as Jovanovic stated, open for communication with the local community. Therefore, they invite citizens to visit the Allure Palazzi hotel and be ensured of their offer.
“Achievements of democracy and privilege of people who live in such a society is to have the possibility to get together and express disagreement with something which is not in accordance with their beliefs. We respect the right of each citizen to express their opinion. We wished to create something respectable. With open arms and heart, we found out that on the coast, in Dobrota, there was the possibility to construct hotels which we and our neighbors in Boka will be proud of," said Jovanovic , emphasizing that they believe Allure Palazzi will be a place where the spirit of the local community is blended with the ambient and good human relations.
Karisma Hotels Adriatic Montenegro is one of the most rapidly growing hotel groups in the region, with 27 hotels worldwide and contracts with many agencies. The company has recently leased a part of Ulcinj Riviera’s property where they will build a four-star tourist resort.
