A public tender for the purchase of the company from Bijelo Polje expired yesterday and the official opening of offers is on Monday

The company Water Group submitted their offer for the purchase of Bjelasica Rada from Bijelo Polje to manage it in bankruptcy and paid a deposit of 100 thousand euro, confirmed multiple sources to Vijesti.

After publishing the third ad for the sale of the Bjelasica Rada property, the deadline for the delivery offer expired yesterday and proposals will be opened on Monday. It is possible to have more offers delivered by post.

The founders of the Water group company are Miro Perovic, Boris and Igor Raskovic. The water company “Suza” operates within the company Water group, and the Water group received a concession for the water source Ceoce in Bijelo Polje.

The property of Rada, in the second ad published at the end of last year, was estimated on 2,1 million euro or nearly half a million in the first ad. At the end of January, when the third ad was published, the estimated value was 1,72 million euro.

Bankruptcy was established at the end of May last year, and in September insolvency was declared. Bankruptcy was established on the request of the workers whom the majority owner ZIF Eurofond owns 14 salaries and contributions for over eight years.

The factory for water bottling, with a surface of 2,97 thousand square meters, is offered on sale, as well as the plant, equipment, vehicles, and Ljesnica pipeline – a factory that is seven kilometers in length.

The land within the factory is also for sale with a total surface of 8,85 thousand square meters as well as an area of 4,31 thousand square meters.
