The Azmont Investments company has been given consent by the chief state architect Dusan Vuksanovic to the preliminary design for a facility in the T2 tourist zone – tourist village Portonovi, in Kumbor.
The area of this urban plot is 54,530 square metres, and the construction of a hotel complex, composed of several tourist facilities, structures and organisations, is planned as well.
It is envisaged to be a hotel from the One&Only chain, which includes SPA from the Chenot chain, as well as a restaurant from the Locatelli chain. In addition, a villa complex is also planned, as well as a tfacility with accompanying spaces intended for beach activities (Family Beach Club).
The plan includes construction of several facilities within a five-star tourist settlement. It is envisaged as a luxury hotel complex with a total of 113 apartment units and ten separate villas.
Also, there will be a variety of amenities within the Kumbor-based One&Only hotel.
Portonovi, as previously announced by Azmont, will become one of the most attractive destinations in Montenegro and the Mediterranean. It will cover 26 hectares, with a more modern marina for mega yachts. The value of the investment will be €650m.
