The Ministry of Education announced that during the meeting, the intentions to strengthen the relations in the field of education were confirmed through, inter alia, activities on the promotion of the Italian language in Montenegro.
"It has been agreed to work rapidly on enabling Montenegrin students who wish to study in Italy to be able to receive the international certificate of Italian language skills in Montenegro, which is a prerequisite for the studies in Italy," said the Ministry of Education.
Zelioli is pleased with the fact that the Italian language has been studied in 47 primary and 22 high schools in Montenegro, and has also announced activities to strengthen cooperation in the field of student exchanges."The participants agreed that so far in the field of cooperation in education, a lot has been done, especially considering the fact that Italy is now awarding, every year, a number of scholarships to candidates from Montenegro. In addition, Montenegro, through the programTempus and Erasmus +, cooperates mostly with the universities from Italy," the statement concludes.
