The complex consisting of two large buildings constructed initially for residential purposes, and ten villas on the coast along the local road through Dobrota, received the new name Allure Palazzi.
"Situated on the only private beach in Kotor bay, the resort 'Allure Palazzi' has 89 rooms, ten villas with a private beach and beach access, and three penthouse apartments, each with a balcony or terrace. The accommodation facilities in the resort are complemented by a spa center, a gym, and two outdoor heated swimming pools, as well as some restaurants and bars," stated Karisma, adding that the Allure Palace, which will have its mini-marina, will receive the first guests in June.
The construction of this complex, which started several years ago as a Serzman real estate project, caused great disapproval in Boka because the present Allure Palazzi was erected at one of the few remaining large green areas along the sea in Dobrota, where, due to its construction, the centuries-old oak forest was cut down. Particular bitterness was aroused by the decision of the state authorities to allow the investor to "rehabilitate the bathing resort," which included two concrete bridges of 30 meters in length, and between them, sandy beaches 110 meters in length beneath the stone parapet on the coastal road through Dobrota. Karisma now advertises the sandy beach, which has never existed in Dobrota, as "the only private beach in Kotor Bay."
