"It is estimated that from March 2017 to April 2018, Montenegro Airlines (MA), with the support of the Government, significantly consolidated its financial operations, so that from the 1st of January 2018, it regularly repaid the tax liabilities and contributions to employees and obligations for providing airport services, as well as other business obligations," the Government pointed out.
They state that significant results have been achieved in the consolidation and development of MA's business over the past 15 months, and that the process of finding a permanent solution to the regulation of debt-to-debt relations between the two companies is ongoing. Therefore, the Government considers that compulsory execution at this moment could lead to significant problems in the operations by the national airline company.
